a bit about me

I’m a fun-loving, energetic, slightly clumsy gal from a family of 5.  Surrounding myself with friends, family and boyfriend brings me so much joy and support. They are my number one fans and always encourage me to be a better version of myself and keep moving forward.

Photography has pushed me to get outside of my comfort zone and I am grateful it has because the reward is so worth it. There are always ups and downs, but at the end of the day I’ve only become stronger and continued to grow in ways I didn’t think possible. I am incredibly blessed for this journey I am on.

passion & growth

Ever since I was a child, I’ve always been caught behind the camera. But as the years went on, I decided to go in another direction – childcare.  Throughout highschool I did a co-op at a daycare and loved every moment – making crafts, laughing, playing so I began the Early Childhood Education at Fanshawe College. But as I went through the program, I felt something was missing. So I picked up
my used camera and it was then that I felt the excitement I had been looking for.

I started small with a couple of sibling shoots and practiced as often as I could. From there, my career continues to grow and flourish into something beautiful as I realized how much passion I had for photography. It all came so naturally and being there behind the camera to witness and capture precious moments
filled my heart with happiness and purpose.

Whether it be a wedding full of tears, or announcements full of excitement, it was a passion and I was in love with the raw beauty of it all. Everyday I am grateful for the opportunity to capture memories that we hold so dearly. Not just the posed, but the raw, intimate and beautiful moments. The ones where you look back and say, that’s so us, or that’s so me. The genuine.
